Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return any item within 15 days of receiving your order—no questions asked and no penalties applied. Your return request must be shared with us via email at myhayati.official@gmail.com

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact
• Products that show signs of use or are returned without packaging may not be eligible
• Please include the original invoice and shipping note in your return package
• The return shipping fee is covered by us only if the item was received damaged or defective
• In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
• If the order was placed by a business, a return invoice must be issued by the respective company

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like earrings or custom jewelry) may not be eligible for return.
